Job summary

FreeUp is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered automated workflows across business processes. You will integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms while identifying repetitive tasks for automation and building chatbot and AI assistant capabilities.

The role requires strong problem-solving, API experience, and excellent documentation. Remote work with global teams is supported, leveraging latest AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with APIs and integrations
