Archon Agents, a hands-on AI operations partner in Las Vegas, seeks an AI Workflow Specialist who blends AI creativity with automation. You’ll generate images and videos, build no-code automations in Make, and spin up templates and prototypes using AI coding tools.

Expected to ship personal projects, collaborate with clients, and maintain brand consistency across campaigns while documenting workflows for teammates and clients.

Formación

• 1+ years of professional experience in design, content production, marketing, operations, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools and basic photo/video editing.
• Experience building no-code automations in Make or similar platforms (n8n, Zapier).
• Proven ability to ship personal AI projects and tools.
• Portfolio of AI-driven workflows, templates, or prototypes.

Archon Agents is a managed AI operations company. We help agencies, operators, and enterprise teams put AI to work in their day-to-day operations, with the governance and oversight their businesses need.

As an AI Workflow Specialist, you'll sit where AI creative and AI automation meet. You'll produce images and video with the latest AI tools, build no-code automations that take repetitive work off our clients' plates, and use AI coding tools to spin up the small sites, tools, and prototypes that tie it all together.

We're looking for a hands-on builder who lives in these tools. Show us what you've made on your own: the personal projects you've shipped matter as much as your resume.

Problems you will solve

• AI Creative Production: Generate and edit images and short-form video for client campaigns, social media, and websites using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, and Nano Banana.
• No-Code Automation: Build and maintain automations in Make that connect client tools and remove repetitive manual work.
• Vibe Code Maxing: Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to quickly build templates, landing pages, internal tools, and working prototypes.
• Client Workflows: Learn how a client's team works, find the tasks worth automating, and set up AI workflows that fit their day-to-day operations.
• Brand Consistency: Keep creative output on-brand across clients using style guides, references, and reusable prompt templates.
• Quality & Documentation: Check AI output before it goes to clients, and write simple guides so clients and teammates know how each workflow runs.
• Tool Exploration: Try new AI models and tools as they launch and share what's worth adding to how we work.

All about you

• Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in design, content production, marketing, operations, or automation.
• AI Creative Stack: Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs, plus basic photo and video editing.
• Automation Stack: Experience building no-code automations in Make, or in similar platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
• Vibe Code Maxing: You love building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and have real sites, apps, or tools to show for it.
• Personal Projects: A body of personal projects that shows what you can build with AI, whether creative, automation, or code.
• Ways of Working: Business-minded and clear with clients, organized across several projects, and quick to pick up new tools.
• Bonus Points: Agency or client-facing experience; ComfyUI or node-based workflows; social media content experience.
