You will integrate CRMs and APIs, develop chatbots and AI assistants, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with the latest AI trends while documenting solutions for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes
• Integrate tools such as CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions
• Build and optimize chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to streamline workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
