The role leads discovery, translates business needs into design-ready artifacts, and helps build enterprise systems design practices across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in design and transformation, strong AI fluency, and experience bridging business goals with technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design.
• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for redesign.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready designs and reusable patterns.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches and define intervention triggers and controls.
