Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an AI Workflow & Systems Designer, a senior contributor who partners across business and technology to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work. The role leads discovery, translates needs into designs, and helps build repeatable enterprise systems design practices.

The candidate will design human + AI ways of working, specify system-of-work requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements involving multiple business units or technology platforms.
• Strong AI fluency, including practical knowledge of generative AI and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems‑of‑work design across business and technology teams.
• Define end-to-end systems of work connecting front-stage experiences with back-stage processes and AI agents.
• Facilitate workshops to align multi-functional teams on future-state decisions.
• Translate business needs into implementation-ready design artifacts and patterns.
• Partner with Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Governance during discovery and design.
• Contribute to CSAA's enterprise systems design methods and reusable patterns.
