You will partner with strategic customers to solve complex challenges by integrating the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with AI/ML technologies from partners like Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks, prototyping value and driving executive-approved adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical pre-sales and post-sales within the High Tech sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and trade promotion.
• Proficiency in Python, ML libraries and data engineering tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with agentic systems and LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery and solutioning efforts for strategic customers.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales execution.
• Lead hackathons and prototyping activities to demonstrate value.
• Enable agentic process transformation and architect proof-of-value projects.
• Provide domain leadership in High Tech.
