Leadout Capital is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer to join our field residency program. In a 90-day window, you will design and deploy 1–2 critical business processes within strategic customer environments, acting as the technical builder to accelerate value.

You will rotate from field deployment to core product pods, bringing frontline insights to inform product roadmaps and design patterns. A strong CS background and customer empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• M.S. is a plus for advanced candidates.
• Experience or interest in customer-facing technical roles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows for strategic customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration programs to get 1–2 use cases live in production.
• Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementation hurdles to reduce Time-to-Value.
• Facilitate customer sessions and align business needs with technical feasibility.
• Support and enable deployment partners to take over ongoing work.
