Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Value Acceleration Engineer to work with enterprise customers and Success teams to design and deploy 1–2 critical workflows within a 90-day window. You will serve as the technical bridge between business needs and production systems, ensuring fast time-to-value for key deployments.

In this field-rotation role, you will gain hands-on deployment experience, then rotate back into core product pods to share frontline insights and help scale the platform across customers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field with GPA 3.5+ (M.S. is a plus).
• Early-career engineers with 0–3 years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Builder's mindset with side projects or personal projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for external customers.
• Willingness to learn technical systems and business processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can unblock issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows with strategic customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration projects to deploy 1–2 use cases.
• Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementation hurdles quickly.
• Document design decisions to feed library and roadmap.
• Graduate rotation into core product engineering with frontline insights.
