Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer for a unique, high-impact field residency with strategic customers. You will embed with Customer Success teams to bring AI concepts to life, design end-to-end workflows, and drive 1–2 deployments within a 90-day window.

After rotation, you will return to a core product engineering pod, carrying frontline deployment insights to influence the platform's future.

Qualifications

• 3.5+ GPA in CS; early-career engineers encouraged.
• Builder's spirit with side projects and a passion for tech.
• Strong communication and a desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints for strategic customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration programs to deliver 1–2 live use cases in production.
• Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementations to reduce Time-to-First-Value.
• Facilitate sessions with customers and deployment strategists to align business needs with feasible tech.
• Enable and support implementation partners to continue build work post-engagement.
• Document design decisions to feed use-case library and product roadmap.
• Graduate rotation into core product engineering with frontline deployment insights.
