Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer to join a rotational Field Residency. You will embed with enterprise customers and Customer Success teams to translate AI concepts into live deployments and design end-to-end agentic workflows.

In this role you’ll work on high-impact projects within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering and product teams to accelerate time-to-value and drive strategic outcomes for global supply chain customers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field; 3.5+ GPA preferred; MS is a plus.
• Early-career engineers (0-3 years) encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to learn both technical systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints for key customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration programs to deploy 1–2 primary use cases in production.
• Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementations to reduce Time-to-Value.
• Facilitate sessions between customers and deployment strategists to align business needs with technical feasibility.
• Support implementation partners to take over ongoing build work.
