Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and Success teams, delivering 1–2 critical workflows in a 90-day residency. You will troubleshoot, design, and monitor deployments to accelerate time-to-value in complex environments.

You will rotate from field deployment to core product engineering, gaining real-world experience with AI-enabled supply chain solutions across multiple Salesforce locations.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or related field; GPA 3.5+; MS a plus; 0–3 years of experience encouraged.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to external customers and navigating enterprise environments.
Experience with modern programming languages (Go, Python, JavaScript) and adaptability to learn new tech quickly.

Responsibilities

Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints for customers.
Participate in 90-day Value Acceleration programs to deliver 1–2 primary use cases in production.
Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementation hurdles to reduce Time-to-Value.
Lead working sessions with customers and deployment strategists; bridge business needs and technical feasibility.
Enable partners to continue build work post-engagement.
