Salesforce is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer to join Agentforce for Supply Chain in a field residency. In a 90-day program you will design 1-2 critical workflows, deploy live in production, and collaborate with Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field; 3.5+ GPA; early-career engineers (0-3 years) encouraged.
• Strong builder mentality with side projects and up-to-date tech awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to external customers.
• Eager to learn both technical systems and business processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environment with quick problem-solving.
• Excited to spend first phase in the field before transitioning to core product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with strategic customers to design and build "Day 1" agentic workflows and blueprints.
• Participate in 90-day Value Acceleration programs, acting as the technical builder to get 1-2 primary use cases live in production.
• Quickly troubleshoot bugs, unblock implementation hurdles, and solve usability or security asks to drastically reduce Time-to-First-Value (TTFV).
• Facilitate working sessions with customers and deployment strategists, bridging the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
• Enable and support implementation partners to take over ongoing build work post-engagement.
