Job summary

Salesforce Seattle is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer to join a field residency program. You will embed with enterprise customers and Success teams to design 1–2 critical workflows and deliver live deployments within a 90-day window.

This rotational role builds frontline deployment expertise, then transfers insights into core product pods, while you gain real-world AI deployment experience and growth opportunities in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and empathy for customer-facing work.
• Willingness to learn both technical systems and business processes.
• Interest in a rotational Field Residency and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints with strategic customers.
• Lead 1–2 primary use cases to live in production during 90-day programs.
• Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementations to reduce Time-to-Value.
• Facilitate sessions with customers and deployment strategists, bridging business needs and tech feasibility.
• Enable partners to take over ongoing build work post-engagement.
