Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer for a unique field residency. You will embed with customers and Customer Success teams to design and deploy 1–2 critical workflows within a 90-day window, then rotate back into core product pods with frontline insights.

You will build strong customer empathy, learn enterprise deployment, and contribute to scalable features while operating in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field; MS is a plus.
• Early-career engineers (0-3 years) encouraged to apply.
• Experience with modern programming languages and building agentic workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Willingness to rotate between field roles and core product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints with strategic customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration programs to deploy 1–2 use cases in production.
• Troubleshoot bugs, unblock implementations, and resolve usability or security asks.
• Facilitate sessions bridging business needs with technical feasibility.
• Support partners to take over ongoing build work after engagements.
• Document design decisions and contribute to the use case library.
