Salesforce seeks an early-career Value Acceleration Engineer for a unique field residency. You will embed with enterprise customers and Customer Success teams to design and deploy 1–2 critical agentic workflows within a 90-day window, accelerating time-to-value.

After 6–12 months in the field, you return to a core product/engineering pod, bringing frontline insights to shape the future of Agentforce and Salesforce AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field; GPA 3.5+; MS is a plus.
• Early-career engineers (0–3 years) encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated builder mindset and side projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows with strategic customers.
• Lead 90-day Value Acceleration programs to deliver 1–2 live use cases in production.
• Troubleshoot issues, unblock implementations, and reduce Time-to-First-Value.
