Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a seasoned leader to translate enterprise AI strategy into a tangible portfolio and enablement plan. You will own portfolio health, drive workflow redesign across teams, and oversee learning journeys to maximize adoption across the organization.

In this role, you will craft executive narratives, manage change across HR and business units, and measure ROI with external and internal partners, shaping Ford's AI-driven transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles, including managing managers or leading multiple teams.
• Experience running a portfolio of initiatives with prioritization and pipeline health tracking.
• Experience leading workflow redesign and organizational design work to translate capabilities into changed processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan with progression, forums, and adoption priorities.
• Own total portfolio health with clear owners, pipeline status, and adoption/value outcomes.
• Oversee enterprise-wide AI transformation communications and executive narratives.
• Direct workflow redesign across the portfolio to baseline and remove friction points, redesign roles and processes.
• Oversee L&D curriculum, playbooks, and learning journeys to maximize adoption.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units so transformation is coordinated.
• Manage enablement ROI and hold external agencies, vendors, and internal hubs accountable for ROI.
• Partner with Insight Generation to deliver a single trusted scorecard for leadership.
