Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director for AI Strategy, Enablement, & Workflow to translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan. The role owns the progression model from Sandbox to Enterprise Bets and oversees L&D, change management, and adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate has led portfolios of competing initiatives, driven ROI, and partnered with HR and business units to scale AI across Ford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Experience managing managers or leading multiple functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own total portfolio health with clear owners and credible adoption paths.
• Oversee enterprise-wide AI transformation communications and executive narrative.
• Direct workflow redesign efforts across the portfolio.
