Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an AI Transformation Architect to lead the hands-on redesign and scaling of AI-enabled workflows within Integrated Services. You will prototype and deploy AI agents, orchestrate solutions with security and governance in mind, and collaborate across product, PMO, and GTM teams to deliver measurable value.

This leadership role focuses on embedding AI into high-value enterprise processes, accelerating speed, quality, and customer impact while maintaining prudent risk

Responsibilities

• Transform the Integrated Services Product Team Operating Model across discovery, PRD roadmaps, prioritization, launch readiness, analytics, PMO, go-to-market, and post-launch learning.
• Build AI agents, automation and infrastructure using APIs, retrieval, orchestration, agent instructions and enterprise systems patterns.
• Prototype, pilot and scale through technical, operational, security, privacy and change-management barriers.
• Create reusable capabilities and playbooks for common product, PMO and GTM work including journey mapping, PRD reviews and executive communication.
• Measure outcomes tied to adoption, time saved, cycle-time reduction, decision speed and business value from AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption and behavior change by training teams and creating champions.
• Establish quality, governance and trust with security, legal, privacy, IT, PMO and engineering.
• Design human-in-the-loop systems to manage risk, quality and accountability in AI workflows.
• Increase leverage by automating low-value work to focus on customer insight and execution.
• Evaluate emerging AI patterns and translate practical opportunities into Ford use cases.
