Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Experience running a portfolio of competing initiatives with prioritization and pipeline health tracking.
• Experience leading workflow redesign and organizational design tied to new capabilities.
• Experience overseeing an L&D or capability-building function with curriculum design and rollout.
• Track record of leading change management across HR and multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own total portfolio health with clear owners and credible adoption paths.
• Oversee enterprise-wide AI transformation communications and executive narrative.
• Direct workflow redesign efforts across the portfolio to reduce friction.
• Oversee L&D curriculum and learning journeys to maximize adoption.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units.
• Manage enablement ROI with external agencies and internal hubs.
• Partner with Insight Generation to feed data into a leadership scorecard.
