Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director, AI Strategy, Enablement, & Workflow to transform Ford's enterprise AI strategy into a working portfolio. This leader will own the progression model, enablement plans, and enterprise-wide adoption, coordinating Workflow Redesign and Learning & Development to deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has run portfolios of competing initiatives and can drive cross-functional change across HR and business units, with senior-level communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in strategy, portfolio management or transformation leadership roles, incl. managing managers or multiple teams.
• Direct experience running a portfolio of competing initiatives with prioritization and pipeline health tracking.
• Experience in workflow redesign and organizational design tied to new capabilities.
• Experience overseeing L&D or capability-building functions with curriculum design.
• Track record in leading change management across HR and multiple business units.
• Experience managing external agencies or third-party vendors within scope and ROI.
• Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own total portfolio health with owners, pipeline status, and adoption paths.
• Oversee enterprise-wide AI transformation communications and narratives.
• Direct workflow redesign efforts across the portfolio.
• Oversee L&D curriculum, playbooks, and learning journeys for adoption.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units.
• Manage enablement ROI and external/internal partner accountability.
• Partner with Insight Generation to feed data into a leadership scorecard.
