Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a senior leader to translate enterprise AI strategy into a tangible portfolio and enablement plan across the organization. You will own portfolio health, drive adoption, and shape executive narratives that connect AI capabilities to business value at scale.

You will oversee workflow redesign, learning & development curricula, change management across HR and business units, and manage ROI with external agencies to ensure measurable outcomes and a clear path to value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Experience managing managers or multiple functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Automotive/tech enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own portfolio health with clear ownership and pipeline status.
• Oversee enterprise AI transformation communications to senior leadership.
• Direct workflow redesign across the portfolio to enable AI capabilities.
• Oversee L&D curriculum, playbooks, and adoption initiatives.
• Lead cohesive change management across HR and business units.
• Manage enablement ROI with external agencies and internal hubs.
• Partner with Insights to feed a single leadership scorecard.
