Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Senior Manager of AI Learning & Development to architect and own the training curriculum for Ford's AI initiatives. You will design learning journeys for varied roles, measure adoption, and drive measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

Based in Dearborn, this hybrid role collaborates with HR and functional leaders to weave AI enablement into career development and onboarding, ensuring scalable, repeatable training assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale training.
• 4+ years building learning content for a new technology rollout.
• 4+ years strong instructional design translating tech to a non-technical audience.
• 3+ years measuring training effectiveness with data and iterations.
• 2+ years managing external agency/resources.
• 2+ years working across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own AI training curriculum, enablement materials, and learning journeys across the AI initiative portfolio, building content for a range of roles and skill levels.
• Own training completion, proficiency, and adoption metrics feeding into Insight Generation's scorecard, and measure training effectiveness.
• Build communities of practice—networks of champions across functional teams who reinforce training locally.
• Manage training and enablement agency and third-party resources, setting scope, pace, and quality bar for output.
• Partner with HR and functional team leaders to fold AI enablement into onboarding, career development, and skills programs.
• Maintain a library of reusable training assets for new AI initiatives.
