• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own portfolio health, with clear owners and credible adoption paths.
• Oversee AI transformation communications for leadership narratives.
• Direct workflow redesign across the portfolio to enable AI capabilities.
• Oversee L&D curriculum and learning journeys for targeted audiences.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units.
• Manage enablement ROI and vendor performance against ROI goals.
• Partner with insights to feed a single leadership scorecard.
