Job summary

The role partners with ESO, GCTO, BARDS, and cross-functional teams to scale AI-enabled processes, establish a community of practice, and govern a hub for AI and automation; it requires strategic leadership and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating emerging technologies into business value.
• Strong understanding of change management and adoption strategies.
• Fluent English; excellent communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCTO AI/Automation Hub strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish governance for AI opportunities with clear ownership.
