Job summary

Dynata seeks a Senior Director of AI Transformation & Value Creation to identify, prioritize and accelerate AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value—revenue growth, productivity gains, and better decision making. You will lead enterprise AI strategy, govern programs, and partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO to scale deployment while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading transformation, strategy, tech, operations, analytics or consulting.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication and financial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI transformation roadmap and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional AI and automation programs with business leaders.
• Establish governance, KPIs and dashboards for value realization.
• Partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO to scale implementations.
• Advise executive leadership on AI investments and priorities.
