Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation seeks a Director of AI Transformation & Intelligent Business Enablement to translate AI capability into measurable business value across commercial, manufacturing, and functional teams.

The role builds governance, scales pilots, and partners with HR, legal, IT, and risk leaders to drive enterprise-wide adoption and capability development in a complex global matrix.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business/strategy transformation or technology leadership.
• 3+ years owning direct AI/ML or advanced analytics programs.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations; executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
• Build and lead a federated AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Partner with leaders to quantify AI opportunities for revenue growth and productivity.
• Develop AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead cross-functional AI pilots and scale initiatives enterprise-wide.
