Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director of AI Transformation in the Office of the Chief AI Officer. The role leads AI-driven transformation programs across business domains, partnering with senior leaders to redesign workflows and deliver measurable value.

The position requires deep experience in enterprise AI, governance, and change management, with strong executive communication. The candidate will influence roadmaps, funding, and adoption strategies while ensuring regulatory and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in technology, digital, AI, data, and enterprise transformation leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programs from strategy through adoption and value realization.
• 5+ years of Deep operator experience in relevant domains such as healthcare operations or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native transformation initiatives across domains from concept through value realization.
• Partner with leaders to redesign workflows and operating models using AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define roadmaps, funding strategies, and success metrics for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Provide product and solution leadership for AI capabilities in collaboration with engineering and security teams.
• Drive build, buy, or partner decisions for AI solutions based on value, risk, and speed to market.
