Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to accelerate Global Clinical Development transformation, establish and lead the GCD AI Community of Practice, and drive adoption of AI tools across a global organization.

This role demands 15+ years in pharma/healthcare with leadership, hands-on AI experience, and strong change management. You will influence global stakeholders, govern portfolios, and deliver measurable value while building an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

15+ years in pharma/healthcare with 10+ years leadership
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations
Hands-on AI-enabled solutions development
Ability to translate emerging technologies into business value
Understanding of change management and adoption methodologies
Fluent English with executive-level communication

Responsibilities

Accelerate adoption and realize value from GCD transformation initiatives
Establish and sustain GCD AI Community of Practice for knowledge sharing, capability building, innovation scaling, and organizational learning
Develop forums to share use cases, lessons learned, reusable assets, prompts, agents, and best practices
Drive collaboration among Lighthouse initiative leaders, Imagineers, R&D IT, and AI practitioners
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in quality, speed, productivity, portfolio execution, and patient impact
