Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Director, AI Enablement & Adoption to lead the enterprise strategy that drives AI tool adoption and AI-enabled workflows across associates, leaders, and corporate functions.

The role advances AI enablement from awareness to measured usage, guided adoption, and business impact, aligning with AI governance and guardrails. You will partner across HR, Tech, and business units to embed AI into day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise change management or related fields.
• 5+ years leading organization-wide adoption programs for digital/AI tools.
• Experience building AI enablement programs and governance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise AI enablement and adoption strategy across the org.
• Create role-based AI learning pathways and guided experiences.
• Build AI champions network and federated adoption governance.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Technology and business units to embed AI into workflows.
• Develop adoption plans for AI tools, agents, copilots, and reusable solutions.
• Translate AI strategy and guardrails into practical guidance for employees.
• Coordinate AI learning curriculum, workshops, and communities of practice.
• Identify adoption barriers and stakeholder concerns across AI initiatives.
• Create executive-ready adoption reporting and success stories.
