Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Deep experience with AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, orchestration patterns, and AI application development.
• Experience building enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business value.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize AI adoption through bespoke engagements across business units.
• Design, implement, and scale production-grade AI solutions.
• Coach engineers, analysts, and product teams on AI-first practices.
• Develop repeatable transformation playbooks and training assets.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive measurable outcomes and AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Advance agentic transformation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and governance practices.
