You will translate complex tech changes into clear, compelling communication and shape change management, AI literacy, and enterprise-wide engagement. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, training, and culture align with broader goals and drive adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Proven track record in designing and executing change management and training programs.
• Strong relationship-building ability with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for AI and innovation projects.
• Lead change management processes, including readiness and engagement.
• Design and facilitate training programs to enhance AI literacy.
• Oversee the creation and consistency of internal communication materials.
