You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, training, and culture align with broader goals and drive adoption of new ways of working.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager - AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This leader will guide the internal adoption of AI and innovation initiatives across the organization, helping translate complex technology changes into clear, compelling communication. The role will shape change management strategies, strengthen AI literacy, and support enterprise-wide engagement around new ways of working. It will also partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure messaging, training, and culture are aligned to broader organizational goals.

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for AI and innovation projects
