Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead firmwide communications and change management for AI transformation initiatives in Nashville. You will translate strategic priorities into engaging internal storytelling and practical learning programs across the organization.

The role partners with leadership to drive readiness, measure impact, and sustain adoption of new AI tools and ways of working. Strong editorial judgment and independent leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in internal communications, change management, or organizational development.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a storytelling mindset.
• Experience leading change management and training for technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to support AI, innovation, and tech transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management planning, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
• Design and coordinate training resources to build AI literacy and tool adoption.
• Own the editorial voice and ensure clear, multi-channel communications.
• Partner with director to translate priorities into internal narratives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Practice Solutions to align internal/external messaging.
• Measure communication effectiveness and training adoption; iterate accordingly.
• Mentor junior team members supporting AI transformation communications.
