Job summary

WTW is seeking a hands-on communications professional to lead the design and implementation of AI and automation within Corporate Communication. You will partner with IT, external vendors and leaders to turn the AI roadmap into practical workflows, driving faster, higher‑quality outcomes across internal and external communications.

The role emphasizes workflow redesign, adoption support and measurable impact, with collaboration across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint and Power BI ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal and external communications.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in communication teams.
• Fluency in how AI reshapes communication work.
• Ability to translate needs into developer requirements.
• Analytical mindset using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI/automation roadmap into adopted workflows.
• Identify and prioritize workflow improvements across communication domains.
• Partner with leaders, IT and vendors to design seamless workflows.
• Assess capabilities across the tech stack to reduce duplication and improve self-service.
• Collaborate with the Shared AI Solutions Developer to guide builds.
• Share learnings with Corporate Marketing to maintain consistency.
• Use data and trend analysis to improve communication effectiveness.
• Create adoption materials, playbooks and training content.
• Champion innovative approaches to leverage AI for colleague experience.
• Establish success measures and report progress to leadership.
• Build trusted relationships across functions and vendors.
