Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with storytelling and audience awareness.
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading change management and training programs for technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently with sound editorial and strategic judgment. Experience with AI or technology-related change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns to support AI initiatives, including leadership messaging, product launches, and firmwide updates.
• Lead change management planning for AI and innovation projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
• Design and coordinate training programs and resources (live sessions, guides, videos, office hours) to build firmwide AI literacy and tool adoption.
• Own the editorial voice and creative execution of AI and innovation communications across channels.
• Partner with the Director to translate strategic priorities into internal narratives and multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR/Talent, and Practice Solutions to align internal messaging with external positioning and firm culture.
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness and training adoption; refine approach.
• Serve as a mentor and thought partner to junior team members.
