Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Transformation Communications Lead within the Experience Design organization. You will help name what AI-native design and research mean for designers and researchers, and build messaging for priority programs while shaping how the org adopts AI-augmented ways of working.

You’ll craft audience-specific communications, define change impact with executive sponsors, and drive readiness programs that support adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, internal or organizational communications.
• Proven ability to develop audience-segmented communication plans across cohorts.
• Experience partnering with senior or executive stakeholders to define change scope.
• Ability to defend a point of view under pressure and pivot messaging when needed.
• Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics with baselines and progress.

Responsibilities

• Build segmented readiness programs and track adoption over time.
• Co-define change impact with executives and design managers, producing briefs and heat maps.
• Shape shared language and narrative around evolving work and why it matters.
• Write audience-based communications for individuals and managers addressing all change dimensions.
• Develop messaging translating transformation narrative into daily practice for teams.
• Co-own end-to-end reinforcement system for each program.
