Salesforce is seeking a Transformation Communications Lead in its Experience Design organization to help name and lead the organization's shift to AI-native design and research. You will shape messaging infrastructure for priority programs and define how the org adopts AI-augmented ways of working, from the change asks to tracking landing.

In this role, you will build readiness programs, co-define change impact with executive sponsors, shape the shared narrative, write audience-focused

Formación

• Must have strong change management experience in a matrixed tech organization.
• Demonstrated ability to design audience-segmented communication plans.
• Experience partnering with senior or executive stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Ability to withstand pressure and redefine transformation narratives when needed.
• Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics and using data.
• Familiarity with recognized change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).

Responsabilidades

• Build and run segmented readiness programs and track adoption over time.
• Co-define change impact for priority transformation programs with exec sponsors and PMs.
• Shape the organization’s narrative around evolving work and why it matters.
• Write audience-based communications for contributions, managers, and leaders.
• Translate transformation outcomes into daily practice for teams.
• Co-own end-to-end reinforcement systems for each program.
