Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills for senior leaders.
• Experience developing internal communications, adoption campaigns, or newsletters.
• Analytical, organized, and able to improve programs based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Enablement & Adoption programs, trainings, and resources.
• Develop frameworks to improve output quality and consistency.
• Provide LOB-specific AI Enablement and high-impact use cases.
• Manage AIDO roadmap, timelines, and dependencies; communicate updates.
• Plan and publish AIDO communications, newsletters, and updates.
• Maintain SharePoint site and develop training assets.
• Create prompt libraries and reusable templates.
