Job summary

New York Technology Partners in Chicago seeks a Principal, AI Enablement & Change to lead enterprise AI literacy and workforce transformation. You will design adoption programs, partner with AI leads, and align enablement efforts with the AI roadmap.

The role requires deep change management experience, strong training design skills, and the ability to drive metrics, workshops, and executive communications across business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management programs, ideally tied to technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and ability to speak credibly to both business and technical audiences about adoption.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise AI literacy program, ensuring role-appropriate AI training reaches all users at hire and annually.
• Lead workforce transformation agenda associated with AI adoption, partnering with business functions to redesign roles.
• Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases as they move from production to broad adoption.
• Identify and address adoption friction and AI literacy gaps at enterprise level before failures surface.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against AI strategy adoption targets.
• Partner with AI Portfolio & Transformation to align enablement with AI roadmap and use-case pipeline.
• Build change management playbooks and reusable communications materials.
• Serve as connection point between business, AIPT, and AIRE on adoption readiness.
