Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Customer Support & Experience specialist to help train and evaluate AI models using real service expertise. You’ll complete a brief 10- to 15-minute test and, if successful, join Prolific as a participant, earning pay for tasks that may require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Role focuses on evaluating AI chatbot responses, simulating interactions, refining knowledge bases, labeling sentiment, and ensuring QA standards. Strong English and remote work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
• Exceptional written English skills with ability to adjust tone and empathy.
• Ability to de-escalate issues and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
• High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple sources to find accurate answers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy and brand voice.
• Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogues.
• Refine knowledge bases and FAQs for clarity and correctness.
• Annotate model responses to gauge sentiment and tone.
• Ensure QA standards are met by comparing outputs to rubrics.
