SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a highly experienced AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education, adoption, and governance for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide lawyers, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across platforms such as Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok, delivering high-touch enablement and governance for ethical and efficient

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year of experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on experience training Harvey AI or legal tech consultants.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context windows, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience administering courses within LMS platforms (Absorb LMS).

Mansioni

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in the firm's LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms; coach on prompt engineering and model usage.
• Ensure governance, confidentiality, and ethical AI practices in training content.
