SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and governance of AI across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, author digital modules, and guide attorneys and leadership on practical workflows using Harvey and foundation models such as Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

The role emphasizes hands-on enablement, prompt engineering coaching, and responsible AI usage while collaborating with the firm's

Competenze

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consulting in a law firm.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, token optimization, and validation.
• Experience creating LMS content and administering courses (Absorb LMS).
• Proven live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident residing in approved states.

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish modules in Absorb LMS.
