Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and partners on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption for legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), while collaborating with the firm's central training team to scale adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year of experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI/legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Roll out and drive adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and context window awareness.
• Guide usage of Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok and other foundation models.
• Provide high-touch enablement and guidance to senior leaders.
• Educate employees on responsible AI practices and data privacy guidelines.
• Establish SOPs and best practices for AI in legal research and drafting.
• Track attendance, platform usage, and feedback to refine strategies.
