Everforth Apex is seeking a Training & Development Designer – AI Enablement to lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale learning experiences that build AI fluency and accelerate Copilot adoption across a 150,000+ employee global workforce.

The role requires translating complex technologies into practical, role-based learning, driving behavior change, and partnering with stakeholders across IT, HR, security, and communications to ensure responsible, governance-aligned

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning and change enablement strategies for large, global audiences.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale training and change enablement for AI adoption.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions and labs.
• Create engaging video content to accelerate AI learning adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to align content with governance and adoption plans.
• Measure training effectiveness with adoption metrics and readiness signals.
