Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, build, and manage AI agents for Audit services. You will work hands-on with Python, craft scalable agent-based workflows, and partner with Audit practitioners to deliver end-to-end capabilities.

You will contribute to architecture, establish engineering patterns, and guide a small team as the portfolio expands, while driving production quality and observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and productionizing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for Crowe's Audit practice.
• Work closely with Audit SMEs, learning workflows and designing agents end-to-end.
• Write, review, and maintain substantial Python code and agent resources.
• Mentor engineers and, as portfolio grows, lead a small team of FDEs.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
