Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise apps.
• 5+ years of Python development for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on AI agent/workflow design and productionization experience.
• Cloud and CI/CD expertise, with Azure DevOps and major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain, and scale AI agents and agent-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on development in Python for production-grade codebases.
• Lead a team of forward deployed engineers and mentor staff.
• Define engineering patterns, metrics, and responsible ownership.
• Collaborate with Audit practitioners to align solutions with business needs.
