Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and scale AI agents within its Audit practice. You will work hands-on, partnering with practitioners, and help shape a Skills‑based architecture.

The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow into a leadership position while delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. Required are 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python, cloud deployment experience (Azure preferred), and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
5+ years of Python development experience with enterprise-grade apps.
Experience designing and productionizing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
Hands-on experience with Skills-based architecture and agent tooling.
Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

Own design, development, maintenance, and improvement of AI agents and workflows.
Collaborate with Audit SMEs, sit with practitioners, and translate needs into agent design.
Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and supporting resources.
Manage scope, timelines, and communications for agents you own.
Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and drive engineering practices across the team.
