Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy, brand voice, and helpfulness.
• Simulate customer interactions and create realistic support tickets and dialogue flows.
• Refine AI-generated FAQs and macros for clarity and accuracy.
• Annotate model responses for sentiment (empathy, professionalism, or robotic tone).
• Quality assurance to ensure AI outputs meet standard service criteria.
