Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-volume customer support or related roles.
• Excellent written English; adapt tone for different personas.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical or billing issues.
• Fast typing and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
• Strong attention to detail to catch errors in responses.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy, brand voice, and helpfulness.
• Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows.
• Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros.
• Perform sentiment labeling to assess empathetic, professional, or robotic tones.
• Conduct quality assurance by comparing outputs to standard support rubrics.
