Job summary

Version 1 Solutions Limited is seeking an AI Service Line Lead to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for AI services. You will own the vision, align with market trends, and lead execution to transform how AI offerings are positioned and delivered to clients.

You will partner with sales and delivery teams, mentor cross-functional staff, and shape senior client engagements through SME-level guidance and market-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining and implementing AI strategies or AI transformation programs in a leadership or advisory capacity.
• Strong familiarity with AI architecture, machine learning, generative AI, data platforms and related emerging technologies.
• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for growth within the AI services domain.
• Ability to synthesize industry trends into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling narratives and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Assess current AI landscape and map offerings, accelerators, skills, references and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on AI trends and opportunities.
• Develop AI GTM vision and strategy with partnerships, accelerators and reference architectures.
• Articulate why and how the strategy aligns with company goals and customer needs.
• Support pre-sales engagements as SME and advisor in early-stage client conversations.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution scoping and proposal development.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
